Do you have to cancel an upcoming scheduled appointment you have with Q & R Non Emergency Transport? We totally understand that. We are aware that plans and schedules do change, and that’s why we will work with you whenever we can to best accommodate the change in plans.

If you need to cancel, please call during normal business hours. The more notice you provide, the better we can accommodate others. Cancelling within 48 hours incurs additional credit card fees, and within 24 hours or as a no-show, no refund is possible. However, we offer free rescheduling to find a more suitable time for your trip.
